uD83DuDCCC WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Edit 3–5 educational videos per week.
- Long-form for YouTube (10–30 min): structure, pacing, captions, B-roll, motion graphics.
- Short-form repurposing for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Intelligent content repurposing — you decide what to cut and why.
u2705 REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker (required — all content is in Spanish).
- Portfolio with educational content for YouTube and Reels.
- Advanced AI tools experience: Descript, Runway Gen-3, Adobe Premiere + Firefly, ElevenLabs.
- Strong editorial judgment — NOT looking for fully automated clipping tools.
- Reliable turnaround: 24–48 hrs per video.
