We’re Hiring: Accounting & Operations Client Account Manager (Remote | $35–$45/hour)
About the Role
We’re looking for an accounting professional with operational skills to partner directly with our clients. You’ll manage their financial workflows, coordinate with insurance agencies and vendors, and streamline cross-department communication so the client’s leadership team can focus on growth, not the day-to-day tasks of the business.
This role can be part-time (~10 hrs/week) or expanded to full-time if you bring comprehensive accounting experience that allows you to take on additional client work.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for each client’s accounting and operations needs
• Coordinate on the client’s behalf with insurance agencies, vendors, and their internal teams
• Build efficient, repeatable processes that link the client’s finance and operations functions
• Deliver accurate, timely accounting support and clear communication to the client and their stakeholders
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance each client’s workflows and overall efficiency
What You Bring
• 3+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance with operational coordination experience
• Strong organization and communication skills, especially in client-facing roles
• Comfortable working across departments and with external partners
• Bonus: experience with small business operations

• Pay: $35–$45/hour, based on experience
• Schedule:
• Part-time (~10 hrs/week): All hours must be completed before 12:00 PM ET
• Full-time: At least 4 hours per day must be completed before 12:00 PM ET
• Type: 1099 contract
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based; EST preferred)
