Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service by handling teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate referrals to financial specialists. • Complete functional activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures. • Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer service tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank systems and products, as well as collaboration with colleagues across the organization. • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed. • Engage with clients and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions. • Identify financial products and services to meet clients' needs and goals. • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and guidelines, and exercise judgment in decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience interacting with clients, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Basic computer skills and ability to learn bank systems and products. Preferred Qualifications: • Military experience (veteran, active-duty, or reserve). • Customer service experience in a financial institution or retail environment. • Experience working with diverse groups of people. • Cash handling experience. • Ability to work on weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
