Role Description
We are seeking a well-connected Freelance PR Professional for a contract remote position. The role involves working with The Coalition of Non-Profits/Ahmad Butler Foundation Communications Director in crafting compelling press releases, managing relationships with media outlets, implementing effective public relations campaigns, and handling strategic communications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our team to develop and execute media strategies that align with client goals, ensuring maximum media coverage and visibility. MUST HAVE CONNECTIONS IN THE PHILADELPHIA/NJ AREAS.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in writing and distributing Press Releases
• Strong expertise in Public Relations and Media Relations
• Exceptional Communication and Strategic Communications skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships
• Experience working in a remote, contract-based environment
• Familiarity working with non-profit and community organizations is a plus.
