Sales/Growth Team Member, hourly base, plus commission! Description Who we are: Better U is an alternative mental health company focused on improving the human experience. We offer clinician-prescribed psychedelic therapies for those wanting to experience an alternative to traditional medications. Our program supports individuals looking to improve their mental health and achieve long-term success! Better U is seeking an experienced Welcome Team Member to join our team. As an Welcome Team Member, you will be responsible for heavy outbound sales calls and handling inquiries from our website. Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential clients in multiple states. Effectively contact leads generated from our website and convert inquiries into sales. Follow strategies to increase conversion rates and onboarded clients. Conduct needs assessments to determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Maintain accurate client records and provide timely reports to management. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: A high degree of empathy and understanding of human behavior. 1+ years of experience in outbound sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Must be available to work 1 weekend day per week.
