Weekend/Evening Fully Remote Psychotherapist (Private Practice Setting)
Job Overview
Live Free Therapy, a private psychotherapy practice in Maryland, is seeking LCPC, LGPC, and LCSW clinicians to provide therapy services to children, adults, and families. Evening and weekend hours. This fully remote position offers flexibility in scheduling and client selection, along with competitive compensation, supervision, and consultation groups.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Provide support and resources for clients and their families.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Skills
• Fully licensed by the State of Maryland (LCPC, LCSW) to provide counseling independently and without supervision; LGPC or LMSW will work under a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor until they are fully licensed.
• Must have professional liability insurance.
• Must pass a background check
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Empathy and active listening skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
