Weekend Receptionist (Part-time) ā Micrologic Associates
Open to EITHER: On-site (Parsippany, NJ) OR 100% Remote (Still need to be in EST time zone)

ā¢ Micrologic is seeking a qualified Weekend Receptionist to add to our team of dedicated, trusted, experienced & professional personnel. The Receptionist will be an integral part of the Administrative team.
ā¢ The shift for this position is Saturday & Sunday (7:00am ā 7:00pm EST); 8-hour shift, though hours may vary.
Essential Job Functions:
ā¢ Answering calls in a courteous, timely, and effective manner
ā¢ Managing multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Having full flexibility on hours (7:00am ā 7:00pm EST); 8-hour shift
ā¢ Screening incoming calls to obtain necessary information
ā¢ Entering electronic service requests/tickets while on the phone
ā¢ Communicating internally with messaging application when necessary to obtain additional/necessary information
ā¢ Routing calls to appropriate departments
ā¢ Taking & relaying messages
ā¢ Effectively communicating with both customers and colleagues
ā¢ Being comfortable learning light technical lingo and communicating with technical supervisors
ā¢ Managing certain e-mail accounts, routing e-mails to appropriate departments, and creating service tickets as needed
ā¢ Assisting with ordering & coordinating company luncheons
(If Onsite):
ā¢ Greeting visitors and ensuring a friendly & professional first impression is made
ā¢ Coordinating paperwork
ā¢ Ordering & stocking office and kitchen supplies
ā¢ Assisting with other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects (including, but not limited to, scanning, electronic filing, paper filing, shredding, mail distribution, data entry, etc.)
Skills & Knowledge:
ā¢ At least one year of reception experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite products
ā¢ Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy, and quality
ā¢ Ability to work as part of a team to seek help when needed and provide help when available
Additional Information:
ā¢ Hourly pay is commensurate with experience.
