Weekend & Evening Client Services Coordinator
We are a growing home inspection company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to help manage client calls, texts, emails, and appointment scheduling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and fast-paced communication. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and real estate agents.
Schedule
This position requires availability during the following times:
ā¢ Saturday & Sunday: 9a ā 5p
ā¢ 3 weekday evenings: 12p-8p (days can be flexible if needed)
Consistency and reliability with these hours is very important.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Answer incoming phone calls from home buyers and real estate agents
ā¢ Respond to text messages and email inquiries
ā¢ Schedule home inspections using our scheduling software
ā¢ Add services such as sewer scopes and other inspection add-ons
ā¢ Confirm appointments and ensure scheduling details are accurate
ā¢ Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
ā¢ Escalate unusual situations when needed
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
ā¢ Friendly and professional on the phone
ā¢ Highly organized and detail-oriented
ā¢ Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple conversations
ā¢ Reliable and punctual
ā¢ Comfortable learning new software systems
ā¢ Able to communicate clearly with clients and real estate professionals
Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is a plus.
Compensation
ā¢ $17/hour
ā¢ Monthly bonus opportunities based on company inspection volume
ā¢ Flexible remote work environment
