Weekend Customer Experience & Proofing Assistant (Remote – U.S. Only)
The Invite Lady is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help with weekend customer messages and digital proofs. This is a remote contract role for applicants located in the continental U.S. You’ll handle bolthires and Etsy customer service, basic order updates, and digital proofing in Photoshop. Weekend coverage is required. Responsibilities • Reply to customer messages with clarity, warmth, and professionalism • Create and review digital proofs for personalized invitation designs • Communicate clearly with the weekday team for smooth hand-offs Requirements • Excellent written English for clear, professional customer communication • Available every Saturday and Sunday (full-day coverage; Friday optional) • Comfortable with Dropbox and bolthires Workspace • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated computer workspace • Calm under pressure, organized, and extremely detail-oriented • Willing to use or learn ChatGPT / AI tools for task support Nice to Have • Canva experience • Beginner-level Adobe Photoshop (Creative Cloud desktop) — training provided • Asana familiarity Pay & Structure • Independent contractor (1099) • 6 hours per day guaranteed on weekend shifts • Additional hours available during training or busy weeks • Once trained, advancement and expanded roles available — we promote internally first • Pay range: $12–$15/hour, depending on experience Application Notice To be considered, please complete our quick 10-minute screening form: Only candidates who complete the form will be reviewed.
