About the Role APCON is seeking a dynamic Website Developer to join our Marketing team. This role is important for our online presence and delivering a seamless digital experience across our website. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, designer, and content creator to design, build, maintain, and enhance our website with creativity and technical knowledge, to deliver a compelling and engaging website that reflects APCON’s brand and innovation. Development Tools JavaScript, React, Angular, Tailwind, Gatsby.js, Netlify, Algolia, Cloudinary, Markdown, and Adobe tools Responsibilities Develop a responsive and visually appealing company website using modern frameworks Work with the marketing team to develop rich user-friendly websites using various tools and maintain new and existing features Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive, mobile-first web pages that provide an excellent user experience Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for a consistent user experience Monitor and optimize website speed, performance, and troubleshoot the company website Partner with the marketing team to implement content updates and maintain content strategy across applications Create dynamic videos and interactive presentations using Adobe tools and PowerPoint for sales demos, and marketing campaigns Maintain and troubleshoot the company website Research and implement new front-end technologies and trends Qualifications and Requirements Full-stack website development expertise with 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks - Gatsby, React, Angular, or Vue Strong grasp of Modern web frameworks, including Model–View–Controller (MVC) patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, RESTful APIs, and responsive design UX/UI design awareness, applying best practices to enhance usability, and clarity Demonstrate proficiency in building creative, customer-friendly website pages Education and Soft Skills BS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar website development experience; networking and/or security knowledge is a plus. Strong communicator with a professional and collaborative attitude Detail-oriented with strong planning and troubleshooting skills. Proactive, reliable team player with creative drive and a “can-do” attitude.
