Webflow Developer/Designer for Occasional Website Updates

We are looking for a COLORADO BASED experienced Webflow designer and developer to collaborate with us on an as-needed basis for various web design projects and website updates. We are not looking for a retainer, but rather a reliable partner who can assist when we need help with new projects, ongoing maintenance, and site improvements. This is a flexible, project-based role with the opportunity to work on our website pages.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and develop responsive and engaging pages in Webflow based on client requirements, ensuring high-quality design, user-friendly interfaces, and smooth/optimized functionality.

-Perform regular updates and enhancements to existing Webflow sites, including adding new pages, updating content, and troubleshooting issues.

-Collaborate with our team to understand project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

-Implement custom interactions, animations, and integrations as needed to enhance the user experience.

-Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

-Provide occasional troubleshooting and support for any Webflow-related technical issues.

Skills & Experience Required:

-Proven experience designing and developing websites on Webflow.

-Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects, including both design and development work.

-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow-specific features (CMS, interactions, animations, etc.).

-Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive design principles.

-Experience with SEO best practices for Webflow sites.

-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions efficiently.

-Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

-Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Additional Information:

This is a project-based position with no retainer commitment required. You’ll be contacted for work as needed, and we aim to build a long-term, reliable relationship with the right person.
