Webflow Developer

Remote Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will build and maintain client-facing law firm websites using Webflow, working closely with our design and strategy teams to deliver polished, high-quality digital experiences.

This is an opportunity to do meaningful work for a fast-growing agency where your output directly impacts client success. You’ll be trusted to work independently, bring best practices to the table, and take ownership of your builds from kickoff through launch.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop full-stack Webflow websites for law firm clients, from initial build through launch.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, fully responsive Webflow implementations.
• Configure and manage CMS collections, dynamic content structures, and client-editable components.
• Collaborate with internal design and strategy teams to ensure sites align with client goals and brand standards.
• Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers prior to all launches.
• Maintain, update, and optimize existing client websites as needed.
• Advise on Webflow architecture, SEO best practices, and site performance improvements.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience building full-stack websites in Webflow.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of Webflow projects, including CMS-driven and custom-designed sites.
• Deep familiarity with Webflow’s Designer, Editor, CMS, and Interactions capabilities.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and modern web standards.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to custom Webflow integrations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work on time.

Benefits
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
• Professional development opportunities.
• Dog-friendly office environment (for those who visit!).
• Technology stipend for equipment setup.
• Pet adoption reimbursement (up to $500).
