Hello and great to meet you! We are looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to help us complete a set of final adjustments before we launch our site. This is a time-sensitive project, so we’re seeking someone who is skilled, reliable, and able to begin promptly. Below is an overview of what we need support with. If you have strong experience in these areas, we would love to review your proposal, including your estimated timeline and costs. Please list the expected cost in your proposal based on the below requirements. Project Needs 1. Payment Feature Integration + Automated Emails. - Connect and configure the payment functionality on Webflow (e.g., Webflow Ecommerce, Stripe, or other integrated checkout tools) and add to main header. - Ensure the correct automated email sequences are set up (order confirmations, receipts, notifications, etc.). - Verify that all payment flows function smoothly across devices and browsers. 2. Finalising & Polishing CTA Sections - Review and refine a few call-to-action sections to improve visual clarity, spacing, layout, and user flow. Ensure CTAs are consistent across the site and align with our design system. - Provide light UX recommendations if needed. - Support with adding sub-headers and if this is possible in Webflow. 3. Resolving Product List Page Duplications - Identify and remove duplicated items appearing on product listing pages. Confirm CMS collections are properly structured and that pages dynamically pull the correct items. - Ensure the final layout is clean, consistent, and error-free. 4. Add & Configure User Sign-In Functionality - Implement a secure login/sign-up experience (Webflow Memberships or a third-party solution such as Memberstack, Outseta, or Firebase-based auth). - Style login, sign-up, and password-reset screens to match our site’s branding. Ensure correct gating of protected pages/content based on user status. 5. Neaten up mobile/other device display to ensure all designs are consistent. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience with Webflow. Ability to support quickly. Clear communication and the ability to jump on an intro call to run through the above and my main pain points before you start the project. Open to Proposals.
