The candidate must be a strong creative thinker who follows current trends and has a good understanding of the digital-native, mobile-led, health and wellness landscape. While build and maintenance of key marketing website pages will be the basis of the work, the candidate will demonstrate a pixel-perfect designer's aesthetic which aligns with Origin's elevated yet human visual universe. Our Webflow design and implementation specialist will contribute to all aspects of the UX/UI, build and maintenance of our marketing (front end) website, including: Webflow Design Create high-performance website designs for Webflow, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience designed to maximize traffic conversion.Visually represent the Origin brand, which is synonymous with trust, safety, and inclusivity, in a digital environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Strategic direction and copy will be provided. Implementation and Development Translate design mockups into fully functional and interactive websites using Webflow's design and development features.Implement custom code and integrations as needed to enhance website functionality. Responsive Design & Build Optimize website design for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across platforms. Testing and Quality Assurance Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues, ensuring a flawless end product.Who you areProven experience in web design and development, with a focus on Webflow.Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects implemented with Webflow.Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to customize code within the Webflow environment.Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization.Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually stunning and highly functional websites.RequirementsAbout youWebflow Certification or relevant certifications.Experience with other web development frameworks or platforms.Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.Familiarity with version control systemsPrevious experience in virtual healthcare is a plus Apply tot his job
