Web (WordPress) & SEO Specialist
Therapy Flow is seeking a Web & SEO Specialist (WordPress) to take ownership of our website and search engine optimization strategy. This role is responsible for driving traffic, optimizing for conversions, and ensuring our website ranks effectively in search engines. You will play a key role in building new pages, closing content gaps, writing and optimizing blog content, and ensuring our website remains up to date with new programs, products, and offerings. This is a technical and strategic role requiring experience with WordPress, SEO, and data-driven digital marketing. About Therapy Flow We provide tools, education and services for mental health private practice owners that want to grow! Our mission is to simplify success for private practice owners! Description Responsibilities Website Management & Optimization: • Manage and maintain Therapy Flow’s WordPress website, ensuring fast performance, usability, and conversions. • Build and launch new web pages and landing pages optimized for both SEO and lead generation. • Ensure website is regularly updated with new programs, services, and products. • Perform routine audits of the website to fix broken links, improve UX, and enhance site performance. SEO & Content Strategy: • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. • Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices across all website content. • Create and optimize blogs, articles, and website content to fill content gaps and improve rankings. • Monitor and improve technical SEO, including site speed, structured data, crawlability, and indexing. • Track and report on SEO performance, conversion rates, and website engagement metrics. Conversion Rate Optimization & Growth: • Continuously optimize pages and content to maximize lead generation and sales. • Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content aligns with paid media and other digital marketing efforts. What You'll Need to Succeed • 3+ years of experience in WordPress website management, SEO, and content strategy. • Proven experience driving organic traffic growth and lead generation through SEO. • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization. • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). • Ability to create and optimize blog content, landing pages, and website copy. • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • A passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
