As a Web Developer at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Web Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Front-end Development: Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing front-end interfaces that meet our clients' requirements. Back-end Development: Develop scalable and efficient back-end systems using languages like Java, Python, or Ruby, and frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails. Database Management: Design, implement, and manage databases to store and retrieve data efficiently. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors in a timely and efficient manner. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our products and services. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Programming skills: Proficiency in languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of projects. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern web technologies: Familiarity with modern web technologies like WebAssembly, PWA's, and modern front-end frameworks. Cloud experience: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Agile methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
