We’re looking for a talented Web Developer to help elevate the online presence of multiple brands. What You’ll Do • Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites for multiple brands. • Implement SEO best practices (keyword research, metadata, site structure, link strategies) to drive visibility and growth. • Manage website architecture, navigation, and performance for an exceptional user experience. • Develop and launch new features, integrations, and enhancements that support marketing campaigns and recruitment efforts. • Analyze site traffic and performance data to deliver actionable insights and improvements. • Partner with marketing, HR, and operations teams to keep all sites on-brand and up to date. • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure security, accessibility, and compliance standards are met. Bonus Responsibilities • Support digital marketing campaigns — email automation, PPC, and social media advertising. • Assist HR and recruiting teams with career site management and integrations. • Contribute creative ideas for UX/UI improvements and multimedia enhancements. Requirements: What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field. • 3+ years of front-end web development & SEO experience. • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms). • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: • Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Septic industry websites. • Knowledge of schema markup, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization. • Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and Adobe Creative Suite. • Previous experience with multi-location service businesses is a big plus.
