Tasks
Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Web Developer based in India to take full ownership of our Shopify website. You will be responsible for refreshing, maintaining, and enhancing our e-commerce platform and ensuring seamless integration with internal tools like Zoho. You will also support our Bali-based team with basic IT needs and play a key role in improving the digital operations of a growing international design studio.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance
• Regularly update and maintain our Shopify website to reflect new products, collections, and design improvements
• Ensure optimal performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Maintain clean UI/UX to align with our minimal, elegant brand aesthetic
• Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs swiftly
Integrations & Backend Support
• Build and maintain integrations with tools like Zoho (CRM, Inventory, Books)
• Assist with automation and workflows that improve team efficiency
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to implement content and technical updates
Team IT Support (Remote)
• Provide remote tech support to our Bali-based staff (email, access, software, and tools)
• Onboard new team members to internal systems and processes
Requirements
✅ Requirements
• 2+ years experience working with Shopify (including Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn the Zoho ecosystem
• Strong eye for design and detail — ability to maintain the visual quality of a design brand
• Basic knowledge of APIs and third-party app integrations
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote team environment
• Fluent in English and confident communicator

• Experience with SEO, CRO, or basic digital marketing
• Understanding of UX design tools like Figma
• Light graphic design or image editing skills
