- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Hardworking and confident personality traits
- Strong presentation and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
