Apple is seeking a reliable and confident Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions. You will need to have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong persuasion and decision-making... skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, resolve issues, and promote Apple products and services
- Utilize your persuasive skills to upsell products and services to customers
- Make informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or web chat support
- Strong persuasion and decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Apple products and services is a plus
- Must be reliable and confident in interacting with customers
