Develop and implement risk management strategies for the wealth management division.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks within the division's operations.
Monitor and evaluate risk levels and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk management processes.
Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the division's risk management practices are relevant and effective.
Prepare reports and presentations on risk management for senior management and other stakeholders.
Lead and participate in risk management meetings and discussions.
Communicate with clients and external parties to address any concerns or issues related to risk management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and responsibility.
Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures.
Monitor and report on key risk indicators and escalate any potential risks to senior management.
Keep track of emerging risks and propose proactive measures to mitigate them.
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their understanding of risk management and promote their professional development.
