The Wealth Sales Associate role involves supporting sales and developing relationships with Registered Investment Advisors by handling inquiries and identifying sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesProactive outreach to engage advisors (phone, email, meetings)Solve for needs across products: mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETF's, 529's, internal funds, etcLearn to identify new sales opportunities and providing follow upSkillsBachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience1+ years of industry-related experience is necessaryFINRA licensing required within 45 days of employment including SIE, Series 7, Series 63 licensesRequires ability to work independentlyPersuasive written and verbal communication (including telephone) skillsExcellent presentation skillsTravel as needed to support territory or conference needs (every other month at a minimum)Understanding of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Separately Managed Accounts, and Mutual FundsBenefitsFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
