What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
ā¢ Collaborate with teams within the Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions Group, or Merrill Home Office
ā¢ Assist in developing and analyzing investment strategies across various asset classes
ā¢ Participate in due diligence and oversight processes for client portfolios
ā¢ Support wealth management advisors by coordinating investment strategies and identifying market trends
ā¢ Engage in projects related to sustainable and impact investing as well as alternative investments
What is Required (Qualifications):
ā¢ Bachelor's or Bachelor's direct to Master's degree program student with a graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028
ā¢ Demonstrated record of achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles
ā¢ Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
ā¢ Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred
ā¢ Technical skills in Excel and Power Point
ā¢ Major or minor in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field
ā¢ Experience managing and analyzing large data sets using data science tools
ā¢ Knowledge of coding and programming languages such as Python, R, or equivalent
