About the position
This role, while listed as "Hybrid" does require you to live in the Greater Tucson area. You are required to work in-person at our Tucson Investment Center each week. As a Financial Consultant at Fidelity, you will have the opportunity to focus on deepening relationships with existing clients and creating complex financial plans, rather than spending time on sourcing new clients. Your role will involve building rapport and credibility with clients, presenting complex solutions, and providing comprehensive investment solutions and retirement plans to meet their needs both now and in the future. Requirements
? Previous success in building relationships and uncovering client needs.

? FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed or ability to acquire upon hire.

? Ability to present complex solutions to clients while building rapport.

? Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; tuition reimbursement available for obtaining CFP or degree.

? Extensive knowledge of investment solutions.
