Utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media, you will troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while building lasting relationships. This role requires navigating multiple software applications simultaneously and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building relationships with customers. - Assist customers with post-order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, and backorder inquiries. - Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets. - Continuously identify areas for improvement and communicate trends in customer interactions to leadership. - Navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously. - Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure. - Listen actively to customers and use expertise to explore products and encourage purchases.
