As part of our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, we are seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist to organize and integrate our core operational documents into Waybook, our chosen platform for managing firm procedures and training materials. Job Overview As a Waybook Documentation Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all our operational documents—including job descriptions, onboarding schedules, training modules, and policies and procedures—are accurately and efficiently uploaded, organized, and maintained in Waybook. This role is crucial in helping us streamline our processes and enhance accessibility and compliance across the firm. Responsibilities •Document Integration: Upload and categorize all existing job descriptions, training materials, policies, and procedures into Waybook. • Content Organization: Ensure all content is organized logically and is easily accessible to all relevant staff members. • Updating and Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain documentation to reflect any changes in procedures or organizational structure. • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure all materials are accurate and up-to-date. • Training: Assist in training staff on how to use Waybook effectively. Qualifications • Proven experience in document management, content organization, or a similar role. • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient in using online documentation and content management systems, preferably with experience in Waybook. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills. Contract Details • This is a remote, contract position for an initial period of 6 months. • Competitive contract rate dependent on experience. • Flexible working hours.
