Water CAD Technician

As a Water CAD Technician in St Louis, Missouri, you will provide support on critical projects by performing CAD designs and project coordination in water and wastewater systems.
Responsibilities
⢠Perform computer aided drafting and basic design of water/wastewater projects
⢠Produce drawings, create layouts, sketches, and 2D/3D modeling if applicable
⢠Prepare drawings and sketches using CAD workstations, appropriate design criteria, and technical manuals
⢠Work closely with engineers to coordinate designs
Skills
⢠Experience with using Microsoft Office programs
⢠Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
⢠Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, REVIT and/or Bentley 3D platforms
⢠Experience with water and wastewater systems design drawings
⢠Familiarity with CAD standards
⢠A technical background in drafting design and experience using CAD software
⢠Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
⢠Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and individually
⢠Deadline-oriented mindset
⢠Experience in process mechanical design
⢠Experience on Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District projects
