Water CAD Technician

As a Water CAD Technician in St Louis, Missouri, you will provide support on critical projects by performing CAD designs and project coordination in water and wastewater systems.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform computer aided drafting and basic design of water/wastewater projects
ā¢ Produce drawings, create layouts, sketches, and 2D/3D modeling if applicable
ā¢ Prepare drawings and sketches using CAD workstations, appropriate design criteria, and technical manuals
ā¢ Work closely with engineers to coordinate designs
Skills
ā¢ Experience with using Microsoft Office programs
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
ā¢ Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, REVIT and/or Bentley 3D platforms
ā¢ Experience with water and wastewater systems design drawings
ā¢ Familiarity with CAD standards
ā¢ A technical background in drafting design and experience using CAD software
ā¢ Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and individually
ā¢ Deadline-oriented mindset
ā¢ Experience in process mechanical design
ā¢ Experience on Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District projects
