Job Responsibilities:
As a Waste Management Technician, your primary duties will include:

Data Collection

Analyze waste management systems and collect relevant data.
Assess recycling rates, waste disposal methods, and identify optimization opportunities.


Project Coordination:

Work with local teams to implement waste reduction programs.
Assist in planning and coordinating recycling initiatives remotely.


Customer Support:

Serve as a point of contact for clients and communities regarding waste management concerns.
Provide virtual consultations on best practices for reducing waste.


Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure adherence to local and federal waste management regulations.
Submit regular compliance reports to the operations team.



Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in waste management, recycling programs, or environmental compliance (1-2 years preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and waste management software (training available).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
