Overview

We are seeking a versatile and hardworking Installer & Warehouse Worker to join our team. This hybrid role combines installation responsibilities with warehouse operations, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient product handling, storage, and installation while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Perform product installations according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
• Utilize tools and warehouse equipment effectively.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and safety.
• Fabricate packaging materials as required for various products.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill demand.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting shipments, ensuring proper handling of all products.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
• Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Experience & Qualifications
• Previous experience in installation, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with using installation and warehouse tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience operating reach trucks or cranes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach to teamwork and efficiency.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
