Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection: Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Inventory Management: Organize, store, and maintain inventory for easy access and accurate stock control.
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Shipping & Documentation: Prepare shipping labels, verify documents, and ensure correct dispatch of orders.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, orderly workspace while following all safety procedures and policies.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Record Keeping: Accurately log inventory transactions and stock levels in warehouse management systems (WMS).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet daily operational goals efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience:Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is beneficial.
Skills & Abilities:
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds.
Capability to stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
