Keep facility clean and orderly including shipping, warehouse, and outside grounds by performing the following duties. Assist shift supervisor and/or lead in the areas of shipping, loading, receiving, warehouse storage, product rotation, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety What your day will look like: • Assist or perform Material Handler, Forklift operator, Clerk, building & grounds duties • Support warehouse lead duties, release shipments, dock coordinator and check loaded pallets • Support inventory and warehouse clerk duties, inventory count reconciliation, process shipments and create Purchase Orders /Stock Transfer Order • Unload inbound shipments, load Direct Store Delivery trucks and put away and replenishment of product • Build pallets via paper order or Voice pick • Rework damaged product in warehouse • Sort product and replenish flow racks • Restack fallen product • Straighten and sort pallets and shells • Perform general housekeeping duties • Operate efficiently to increase productivity while maintaining an excellent level of safety and quality in the workplace • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management What you need to succeed: • Minimum age 18 years old • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to demonstrate initiative and teamwork • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required Physical Requirements Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
