Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Job overview:
Be accountable for the daily operations of a specific department within the warehouse as a Warehouse Team Leader in Orla.
Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities and functions.
Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership.
Responsibilities:
Meet and adhere to warehouse operational standards.
Ensure freight is being moved to and from the warehouse in a timely fashion.
Maintain an efficient warehouse work environment.
Manage and maintain warehouse inventory.
Allocate, supervise and distribute work amongst team members.
Provide training to team members.
Skills and qualifications:
One to two years of warehouse experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Leadership experience preferred.
