Warehouse Supervisor (Dubai, on-site)
Go Rent Studio is excited about the possibility of you joining our team! | Go Rent Dubai is the UAE branch of an international event-rental company (10+ years in the industry, 4 branches). We’re hiring an operational Warehouse Supervisor to run the floor like clockwork: allocate tasks, control quality and loading, coordinate external crews (couriers, setup teams), and coach the line staff. | Responsibilities | Plan shifts and distribute tasks among line employees. | Assign couriers/setup teams to orders; control dispatch, loading, and strapping. | Quality control of rental items: completeness, packaging, and condition before/after each order. | Lead the line team: training, adherence to standards and HSE, plus housekeeping & layout tasks on the warehouse. | Maintain clear information flow: fast updates, checklists, and status tracking in the system. | Process improvement: see a problem → come with a proposed solution (telepathy is banned ). | Requirements | Already based in Dubai, UAE; fluent English (spoken/written). | Bachelor’s degree required. | Experience in warehouse/operations/logistics or event production is a plus. | Strong organization: prioritization, discipline, attention to detail. | Direct, solution-oriented communication: ask clarifying questions and propose options quickly. | Comfort with physical work: regular handling of items (approx. 25–30 kg). | Driving a car is a plus. | Compensation & Growth | Months 1–2: AED 5,000 / month (onboarding, training on standards). | From month 3: AED 7,000 / month (AED 5,000 fixed + AED 2,000 monthly KPI bonus) tied to quality and on-time metrics. | From year 2: AED 10,000 fixed + AED 2,000 bonus. | Employment visa and medical insurance may be provided. During onboarding, we arrange a mission/temporary work permit (depending on the candidate’s status), followed by a standard employment residence visa. | Full on-site role in Dubai; shift pattern to be agreed. | Clear standards and SOPs; improvement ideas welcomed. | Schedule: 6/1, 10:00–19:00. | Payments in AED, monthly. | Why You’ll Love It
