In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating inventory control, and optimizing workflows to maintain smooth warehouse functions.
Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:
Warehouse supervisor must have b leadership skills to effectively communicate expectations, motivate team members.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise in the work environment
The job setting involves certain hazards that demand precautions, such as interacting with machinery, fumes, or chemicals.
The wearing of protective clothing, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields, may be obligatory in specific scenarios.
Physical Demands for Warehouse Supervisor:
The role involves physical exertion like extended periods of both indoor and outdoor immobility, adjusting positions to use tools, and moving objects weighing at least 50 lbs with or without help.
