Capstone Logistics is hiring for Warehouse Order Picker
The Warehouse Order Picker at Capstone Logistics is responsible for accurately selecting products from shelves based on customer orders. This role involves operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to fulfill orders efficiently and meet productivity targets. Order Pickers must ensure the quality and accuracy of picked items, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize RF scanners and order pickers to accurately pick products from shelves according to customer orders.
Operate pallet jacks or forklifts to transport picked items to designated staging areas or loading docks.
Verify product quantity and quality before packing and shipping orders.
Maintain accurate records of picked orders and inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, shelves, and work areas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or a similar role preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
