Receive and inspect incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely recording of stock levels.
Prepare and load outgoing shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and suggest solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Continuously monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
Assist with training and mentoring new warehouse employees as needed.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, such as OSHA and FDA guidelines, in regards to warehouse operations.
Continuously strive to meet or exceed productivity and quality targets set by the company.
Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production and transportation, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
