Warehouse Manager- Night Shift (onsite)

About the position

Responsibilities
• Manage Warehouse Supervisors and their teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with company, federal, and state regulations regarding safety.
• Track attendance, coach, and lead associates for employee growth and development.
• Direct warehouse activities for efficient utilization of facilities.
• Maintain process management, productivity measures, and quality controls.
• Review and analyze critical success measures and develop improvement plans.
• Respond to production problems with effective solutions.
• Enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Study current and future needs of the company related to warehouse management.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of the department budget and manage to it.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facility.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with associates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and regulatory compliance matters.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in managing warehouse operations in a compliance-critical environment.
• Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) systems in warehouse management.
