We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who is proactive, organized, personable, and passionate about leading teams and designing and implementing systems that keep everything running smoothly. This role is critical to ensuring our standards for operational excellence are consistently met and exceeded.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, exempt hybrid position based in Redlands, CA. Regular in-person work at the warehouse is required. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed to support large-scale events.

Position Summary:

Evolve EMS is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our Redlands warehouse and medical logistics operations. This role ensures staff and event teams have the equipment, supplies, and support needed to deliver high-quality care. The position combines warehouse management, inventory control, and operational planning in a fast-paced event medical environment. This position reports to the Operations Director.

Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

Required Qualifications:
• Must hold one of the following licenses: LVN, RN, or Paramedic
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle to transport equipment and supplies as part of job duties
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Preferred Qualifications:
• EMS, healthcare, or event medical experience
• Warehouse or logistics management experience
• Inventory management experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with inventory tracking software
• Experience towing is a plus but not required.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the Redlands warehouse including a part-time coordinator and other project based staff members
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of warehouse space
• Order, stock, and distribute medical supplies, equipment and uniforms
• Track inventory levels and monitor expiration dates
• Track employee certifications and expiration dates
• Coordinate shipping and delivery of supplies to staff and events
• Track gear assigned to staff and venues
• Support large event logistics planning
• Coordinate uniform ordering and distribution
• Reduce operational and shipping costs through efficient planning
• Prepare equipment and supplies for new hires and events
• Maintain compliance with storage and safety requirements
• Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements
• Develop and improve warehouse systems, organization, and inventory processes
• Establish vendor relationships and explore opportunities for bulk ordering supplies and gear
• Occasional travel to deliver or retrieve equipment
• Transport supplies and equipment between warehouse and event locations as needed
• Perform other duties as needed to support company success.
