Check out our parent company's website: http://pattern.com/ Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as lead in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as neededGuide and train current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and new/updated proceduresServe as the primary point of contact for associates to provide guidance and training on industry best practicesEnsure adherence to proper methods and safety standards while effectively communicating in a positive and respectful manner.Address problems and conduct audits to identify issues, followed by providing constructive feedback to associatesPromote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by exampleHelp oversee daily assigned areaEnforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standardsAudit proactively to detect and solve problemsEnsure areas are ready for next shift i.e. all tasks completed, problem solve items solvedCommunicate respectfully and effectively with associates when product quality is at riskIdentify training deficiencies in associates and work with them to improve accuracyMaintain confidentialityAssist on the floor in other areas when neededOther duties as assigned Qualifications Able to read, write, and speak EnglishBilingual in Spanish a plusStrong problem-solving and motivational skillsApproachable, welcoming, and friendlyAt least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training roleDependable and punctualSharp attention to detailHands-on and solution-oriented with ability to multitask as well as lead in fast-paced team environmentFlexible, able to effectively prioritize tasksOutstanding organizational skills with both system and manual production environmentsLead by example with ability to motivate employees to maximize their efforts in productivity and qualityComputer experience including Gmail, Excel, Google SheetsWillingness to transfer to other departments based on business needs Physical Requirements Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hoursRegularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the headAbility to repeatedly lift and move items up to 50 poundsAbility to use a pallet jack/push and roll carts
