Warehouse Associate - Order Picking and Packing
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Accurately pick items according to order sheets and warehouse inventory system
ā¢ Carefully pack products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and safety
ā¢ Perform quality checks on products and packaging
ā¢ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
ā¢ Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
ā¢ Operate warehouse equipment (if certified) such as pallet jacks or forklifts
ā¢ Report discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ā¢ Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
ā¢ Basic reading and math skills for order verification
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
ā¢ Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
ā¢ Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
Experience
ā¢ Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus
ā¢ On-the-job training available for the right candidate
Working Hours
ā¢ Full-time or part-time shifts available
ā¢ Flexible scheduling options: morning, afternoon, evening
