Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: 30 Distribution Dr, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 Starting Pay: $20.80/hour Current Shifts Available: • Tuesday – Friday, 4 PM – 2 AM (+ $0.75/hour shift premium) • Saturday – Monday, 6 AM – 6 PM (+ $2/hour shift premium) • Saturday – Monday, 6 PM – 6 AM (+ $3/hour shift premium) Eligible ECFC Warehouse Associates and employees can take part in a Holiday Incentive Program rewarding consistent attendance during the holiday season. What You’ll Do: • Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders • Rotate through tasks within your department as needed • Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs • Complete receiving/shipping documentation as required • Follow standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities • Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues You Own This Role If You Have: • The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50 lb boxes • A strong sense of independence and team collaboration • Excellent communication skills and flexibility • A focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality • A track record of reliability and punctuality We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
