Job Title: General Laborer / Installer (Weekly Pay!) What You’ll Be Doing Install 20 robotic arms and approximately 40 sub‑stations Build internal site fencing using power tools Move, strap, and catalog materials using pallet jacks Use hand and air‑powered tools to commission towers following diagrams Complete basic wiring and power supply installation using step‑by‑step instructions Support project teams with commissioning, cleaning, and general build tasks Assist in inventory, material handling, and housekeeping as needed What We’re Looking For Must‑Have Skills Warehouse or industrial general labor experience Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently Comfortable working 8‑hour shifts on concrete floors Ability to read blueprints and diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude and basic safety knowledge Reliable attendance and ability to follow directions Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Experience on similar installation or automation projects Ability to work independently after training Strong communication and teamwork skills Proven reliability and strong work ethic Why You’ll Love This Job ✅ Weekly Pay ✅ Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM , 30‑minute lunch) ✅ Approximately 40 hours per week ✅ 6–8 week assignment with potential for extension ✅ Hands‑on experience with advanced automation technology ✅ Opportunity to build skills that can lead to future projects and career growth This role provides direct exposure to the material handling and automation industry , making it an excellent resume‑builder for dependable workers who want to grow.
