Position: Warehouse and Inventory Specialists
Type: Hourly contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20ā40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities:
ā¢ Write realistic tasks and scenarios based on real-world shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in manufacturing environments.
ā¢ Create situations involving shipment processing, receiving inspections, inventory tracking, and warehouse documentation.
ā¢ Develop scenarios for handling discrepancies, coordinating with carriers, managing stock levels, and using inventory management systems.
ā¢ Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to logistics and inventory-related queries for accuracy and industry alignment.
ā¢ Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI training for manufacturing logistics use cases.
Requirements:
ā¢ 4+ years of professional experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory roles within manufacturing or warehouse operations.
ā¢ Demonstrated professional recognition and management or lead responsibilities.
ā¢ Proficiency with computers and common inventory or warehouse software systems.
ā¢ Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
ā¢ Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment.
ā¢ Significant prior experience in warehouse or inventory operations preferred.
