Our client is a nonprofit Harvard Medical School affiliate offering senior living communities and senior health care services for older adults in the Boston metropolitan area. They are redefining the way senior care is delivered. They strive to make every encounter with the community members a positive and meaningful experience and an opportunity to further enhance a unique atmosphere where the quality of life for patients and employees is a top priority.
RNs fresh out of school are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities :
Utilize the nursing process to ensure the quality of care for patients at NBOC.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize the quality of life and care for clients in our Long Term Chronic Care or Rehab.
Supervise other healthcare providers in meeting the daily needs of patients.
Documenting appropriately in the electronic medical record
Qualifications :
Active Massachusetts RN license
Must be professional, proactive, and collaborative
Russian fluency is a plus
