Walmart.com Listing Specialist Needed (Beauty Products & Apparel)
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Walmart.com listing specialist to help create and optimize product listings for our beauty products and clothing line. The role involves building Walmart.com listings using existing information from our Amazon listings and our brand website. Accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with Walmart Marketplace requirements are essential. Responsibilities: • Create new Walmart.com product listings from scratch • Pull and adapt content from Amazon listings and our website (titles, descriptions, bullets, images, attributes) • Ensure listings comply with Walmart Marketplace guidelines and category requirements • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes for Walmart search and conversion • Assign correct categories, attributes, and variations (where applicable) • Flag any missing information or assets needed to complete a listing Products Include: • Beauty & hair-care products • Apparel and fashion items Requirements: • Proven experience creating listings on Walmart Marketplace • Strong understanding of Walmart’s category attributes, item setup, and compliance rules • Experience working with Amazon listings as a source of product data • Excellent attention to detail and copy accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Familiarity with Seller Center is a must Nice to Have: • Experience with beauty or apparel categories • Knowledge of SEO for Walmart.com • Experience managing parent/child or variant listings Project Details: • Initial project with the potential for ongoing work • Multiple SKUs to be listed To Apply: Please include: • A brief overview of your Walmart.com listing experience • Examples of Walmart listings you’ve created (links or screenshots) We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented who can help us expand our presence on Walmart.com efficiently and correctly.
