Walmart Warehouse Associate - Night Shift Available
Job Summary:
Walmart is seeking highly motivated, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates for our Night Shift operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in Walmarts supply chain by ensuring that merchandise is handled efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our distribution center and ensure that our stores are fully stocked, delivering products to customers on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• *
Receive, unload, and organize incoming freight and merchandise using manual or motorized equipment.
• *
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to retail locations and customers.
• *
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
• *
Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track product movement and inventory levels.
• *
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
• *
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• *
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• *
Identify and report damaged or missing items to ensure quality standards are met.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• *
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• *
Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• *
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• *
Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning devices.
• *
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• *
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• *
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Experience:
• *
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is a plus, but not required.
• *
Entry-level candidates are welcome—Walmart provides comprehensive on-the-job training.
• Working Hours:
• *
Night Shift: Typically 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday (may vary slightly depending on location).
• *
Overtime may be required during peak seasons or as needed.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety standards.
• *
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• *
