You will make an impact as a member of our Exterior Services team by keeping landscapes attractive clean and well maintained. This includes moving lawns irrigation power washing pruning and fertilizing shrubs lawns bushes trees and flowers. You must love working outdoors in different types of weather and enjoy physical labor.

ā¢ Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians: Landscaping! Which will include mowing trimming and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot irrigation systems maintaining pressure washing equipment exterior building and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment.
ā¢ Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians DOT Operators: Landscaping! Which will include mowing trimming and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot exterior building and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment include traveling to multiple locations as needed. In this role you will also safely operate a combination motor vehicle of 10001 lbs to 26000 lbs requiring a valid drivers license or certification.
Qualifications :
Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians roles Yes if:
ā¢ Experience in landscaping agriculture lawn care general maintenance or related field
ā¢ Enjoys working outside in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold and enjoy physical labor
ā¢ Have experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
ā¢ Have experience with irrigation systems including installation maintaining troubleshooting and repairing
Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians DOT Operators roles Yes if:
ā¢ 21 years of age or older
ā¢ Hold a valid stateissued drivers license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
ā¢ Successfully complete and pass a drivers road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated within the scope of work.
ā¢ Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required
