Key Responsibilities
• * Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks.
• * Replenish shelves, displays, and sales areas to ensure products are well-stocked and easily accessible.
• * Maintain cleanliness and organization of backroom storage and stock areas.
• * Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete assigned duties efficiently.
• * Conduct product inspections to ensure items are in excellent condition and meet company standards.
• * Assist with inventory control by monitoring product levels and updating stock records.
• * Follow safety protocols to minimize risks during lifting and handling operations.
• * Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and maintain a friendly, cooperative atmosphere.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• * Basic math and organizational skills.
• * Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
• * Effective communication skills to work well within a team environment.
• * Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• * Willingness to work independently and take initiative.
• * Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Experience
