Job Description - Waking Nights Support Coordinator (251039)

Position: Waking Nights Support Coordinator

Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), working on a rota basis.

Salary: £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum pro-rata for part-time) plus benefits including Health Cash Plan.

About the Role:

Are you a night owl? Do you prefer working through the night and having your days free? We are seeking a dedicated night worker with alertness and resilience to support our customers with complex mental health needs, helping them develop skills for independent living.

Responsibilities:
• Developing support plans with customers and coordinating a team of Support Workers.
• Conducting risk assessments, setting goals, and reviewing progress.
• Engaging with customers through chats and support sessions, fostering collaboration with colleagues.

• Passion for supporting customers to live their best lives.
• Experience in creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and be resilient.
