Position : Service Now Platform Engineer (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) Location : Santa Clara, CA (2-3 days per week) (Remote is possible if the candidate is good and ready to work PST shift) Need someone asap. Ideally with consulting background. Any modules would work: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc. But should be a hands-on developer, independent and ideally to have experience with UI Builder, Flow designer and integration hub. The profile should have LinkedIn profile with a proper profile picture (please, provide with submission and unedited CV). The interview flow: General interview with me for 30 minutes in MS Teams Technical interview with our interviewer 90 minutes Client s interview 1 hour. Preference on location: to keep the team synergies, as we have engineering teams visiting office 2-3 days per week - Santa Clara, CA office. Remote is possible if the candidate is good and ready to work PST shift. Platform Engineers criteria: Must have: • 6 - 8 years of software engineering experience on Service Now Platform extensively on UI/portal development and back-end configuration ( REST API Integrations, Flow designer, Scripting Configs , ATFs etc. ) • Experience with modern UIframeworks like AngularJS, React • Passion for JavaScript and the Web asa platform, reusability, andcomponentization • Good analytical, design, communication skills & team player • Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances) • Experience with data structures,algorithms, object-oriented design,design patterns, andperformance/scale considerations • Would be ideal fit if candidates are Seismic framework/ UI Builder - based on React of ServiceNow Platform.
